As leaves begin to fall the city of Mansfield is giving residents a place to dispose of them. The city will once again accept leaves at three locations, Sterkel Park on Hollywood Lane, Liberty Park on Grace Street and the city's Service Complex, at 480 Park Ave. East. Collection hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. The city will open leaf collection sites at Sterkel and Liberty Parks later this month. And they'll offer *one* curb-side pick-up this year, with dates and locations to be announced soon.
