City opening leaf drop off sites

  Original Published: 10/17/2013The city of Mansfield is giving residents more options for leaf disposal. Starting Monday, you can drop off leaves at Sterkel Park and Liberty Park. Those locations will be open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 to 3 p.m. The city service complex, on Park Avenue East, is accepting leaves from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays. And those hours expand, starting this weekend. The service complex will be open for leaf dropoffs on Saturdays and Sundays, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The city will annouce dates for this season's *one* curbside leaf pick-up soon.
