Attorneys for the man accused of killing 12 people at an Aurora, Colorado movie theater are trying to have all evidence found in his car and computers thrown out. James Holmes' lawyers say police didn't have a search warrant when they took items from his car. And they claim the warrant for the computers wasn't proper. Holmes has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. The trial is set for February.
