The Warriors 2-game winning streak and perhaps playoff chances were ended Friday night with a 35-12 home loss to Bellevue.

Ontario got on the board first on a 4-yard touchdown scamper by Tyler Boatwright for a 6-0 first quarter lead. But the Redmen answered with a pair of second quarter scores, including a 17-yard hookup from Triston Snezek to Dylan Fultz with :08 to take a 14-6 lead into the break.

Bellevue ran up their lead to 21-6 late in third quarter on a Joey Marin TD run, then Boatwright would answer with a 29-yd scoring run, closing the gap to 21-12 heading into the final quarter. Alec Haynes ripped off a 54-yd TD run early in the fourth to extend the lead back out to two scores and Seth Agee would ice it for the Redmen, returning a Boatwright interception for a 43-yard score.

Ontario actually outgained Bellevue 442-394 in the game, but committed 13 turnovers and lost the turnover battle 5-1.

Boatwright finished with 330 yards and 4 int's on 30-48 passing, carrying 20 times for 102 yds and 2 TD's. Cameron Mack had 11 receptions for 126 yds.

Snezek went 8-21 for 82 yds, TD, int. Haynes carried 19 times for 160 yds and 2 TD's, while Marin added 6 car 88 yds, TD.

The Warriors fell to 5-3 (2-2) and will host Sandusky next Friday. Bellevue improves to 4-4 (2-2) and will next play at Willard.
