It was a rough outing for Ontario in their final home game of the season, falling 27-13 to Sandusky.

The Warriors actually recovered a fumble on Sandusky's first offensive play from scrimmage and were looking to take an early lead, set up inside the Blue Streaks 5-yard line. But Mike Delk would pick off Tyler Boatwright in the endzone and return it 102 yards for a Sandusky touchdown, stealing the early Warriors momentum.

The Blue Streaks would later force an Ontario punt and Delk would burn them again for an 80-yard return to give Sandusky a 14-0 lead. Ontario would answer just over a minute later on a 1-yard TD run by Matt Eichelberger set up by a Jordan Campbell kick return to the Blue Streaks 10- yard line. But Sandusky would strike right back on an 87- yard scoring run by Ja'Vion Moore to make it 20-6 with 1:46 to play in the opening quarter.

Despite the array of action in the first several minutes, both offenses would become stagnant for much of the remainder of the game. Ontario would have a number of scoring opportunities in nthe second half, but costly penalties and turnovers would plague them, as they have all season.

Moore would connect with Delk on a 39-yard strike at the 2:54 mark of the final quarter to essesntially ice the game at 27-6. The Warriors would tack on a score late but it would not be enough, as they fell for the fourth straight time at Copeland Field.

Ontario actually outgained their opponent for a second straight week in a losing effort, 264-192, but again lost the turnover battle 4-2.

Moore finished with 9 carries for 70 yds, TD, completing 1-4 passes for 39 yds, TD. Boatwright went 18/30 for 203 yds, TD, Int, carrying 17 times for 41 yards. Cameron Mack had 8 rec, 61 yds, TD.

Ontario is now 5-4 (2-3), they will wrap-up the season next Friday at 8-1 Tiffin Columbian. Sandusky improves to 3-6 (3-2) and will finish at 5-4 Bellevue.
