After beating Orrville last week 35-7, the 6-3 Clear Fork Colts still have a shot at advancing to the post season as the Colts stand 11th in Division 4, Region 12. But before all of that they will have to take care of business by beating 6-3 West Holmes. For that to happen the Colts will try to stop two of the best running backs in the OCC in Layne Perone and Luke Ogi. Clear Fork coach Dave Carroll says while Perone and Ogi have run for more than their share of yards, he also gives credit to the big boys up front who he says knock people off the football. He also adds the Knights can hit you with two different quarterbacks in Brody Miller and Brady Arnold who both can run and throw. This game will be the final home game for 12 Colt seniors. amoung them is senior defensive end and receiver Brandon Luers who says his senior football season has gone by fast and he hopes to make his final home game a good one. West Holmes also is in the same boat as Clear Fork. The Knights sit in 11th place in Division III, Region 9, and like the Colts need to win and get a little help to advance to week 11.
