Original Published: 11/6/2013Voters in the Colonel Crawford school district turn down two separate requests for more money Tuesday. A 1.8 mill bond issue would have helped pay for new high school gymnasium locker rooms. That issue failed 57% to 43%. And a 0.5 mill additional tax would have guaranteed state funding through the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission to add a new high school wing. That issue failed 55% to 45%. Superintendent Todd Martin says that building project may now be in jeopardy. But he intends to talk with state officials about other options.
