Task force members went to a home at 169 West First Street in Mansfield when they located a wanted felon, Tremaine Manns, and placed him under arrest. They also discovered Arrington attempting to flush a significant amount of marijuana down the toilet and recovered a handgun that had been hidden in the tank of the toilet.
