Original Published: 11/11/2013The Waterford on South Trimble Road in Mansfield this past weekend, held its annual Veterans Celebration. Waterford Executive Director Steve Glasgo, a veteran himself, says the event began back in two-thousand-one, when they honored both veterans and first responders.
