There are still four teams from the area alive in the OHSAA playoffs heading into the regional semifinals. On Friday at 7:30pm in Division II, 11-0 Mansfield Senior will travel to Olentangy Liberty to take on 10-1 New Albany. The Eagles were the top seed in Region Five. Also Friday at 7:30pm in Division III, 10-1 Tiffin Columbian will travel to Fremont Ross and Harmon Field to face 11-0 Toledo Central Catholic. The Irish won the Division II state title a season ago. On Saturday night at 7pm in Division V, 10-1 Loudonville will play 8-3 Huron at Medina Dukes Stadium, while in Division VII, 10-1 Norwalk St.Paul will face 9-2 Wellsville at Orrville Red Rider Stadium at 7pm. Winner will advance to regional final play next weekend at neutral sites selected by the OHSAA.
