  Original Published: 11/19/2013The Mansfield Division of Police in collaboration with Moose Lodge 2511 will be offering to complete Child Identification Kits at the Richland Carrousel Park, 75 North Main Street, on Saturday, Nov. 23, from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Each kit will contain personal information about the child, including fingerprints and a photo. The kit will then be given to the parent for safekeeping.
