An investigation is underway into the cause of a fire that destroyed a home on Lenox Avenue in Mansfield. The fire broke out just before 9:30 p.m. Thursday at 1186 Lenox Ave. Madison Township firefighters arrived on the scene to the home fully engulfed in flames. Mansfield, Springfield and Franklin Township fire departments provided mutual aid at the scene. No one was home at the time of the fire. The home is considered a total loss.
