A former Mansfield man accused of raping a toddler has been cleared of the charges. Tylei Hatcher, 22, was found not guilty on two charges of rape during a bench trial Wednesday in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court.

According to court documents, Hatcher engaged in sexual conduct with a 3-year-old at his apartment. According to a police report a witness at the apartment walked in on the alleged act.

During the bench trial another witness who was also in the apartment testified that the information obtained by the court regarding the alleged incident was not accurate.

Hatcher had been free on a $100,000 cash bond, following his arrest on June 23. According to Hatcher's Facebook page, he attended Mansfield Senior High School and is currently majoring in middle childhood education at the University of Cincinnati.
