  Original Published: 11/24/2013 Complete child identification kits were offered at Richland Carrousel Park over the weekend in a collaborative effort by the Mansfield Police Department and Moose Lodge 2511 in Lexington. Moose Lodge Administrator Scott Gossett says the easy I-D system is offered by the Safe Surfin Foundation and former sheriff Mike Brown of Virginia. Gossett says implementation of the child I-D's tells people in the community local law enforcement agencies care about our kids. The Moose fraternity is one of the number one sponsors of the child I-D kits. They are free of charge and it takes just a few minutes of parents or a guardian's time to register your child
