...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW MAY CONTINUE TO MIX WITH SLEET OR FREEZING
  RAIN THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS BEFORE MAKING A FINAL
  TRANSITION TO SNOW. AN ADDITIONAL 3 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW IS
  EXPECTED THROUGH THIS EVENING WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS FROM
  MOUNT VERNON TO YOUNGSTOWN.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BECOME LIGHT AND EVEN STOP IN SOME LOCATIONS
  BY LATE MORNING. THE NEXT ROUND OF SNOW WILL SPREAD NORTH OVER
  THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES FROM MID
  AFTERNOON THROUGH THIS EVENING.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 5 TO 10 MPH.

* IMPACTS...SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN EARLY THIS MORNING CAN
  MAKE ROADS SLICK...REQUIRING LOWER SPEEDS AND GREATER DISTANCES
  BETWEEN VEHICLES WHILE DRIVING. SNOW WILL INCREASE THIS
  AFTERNOON AND BE HEAVY AT TIMES THROUGH THE EVENING COMMUTE.

* TEMPERATURES...TEMPERATURES WILL DROP TO NEAR 30 DEGREES
  TODAY...THEN INTO THE MID 20S BY THIS EVENING.

* VISIBILITIES...DROPPING TO AROUND ONE MILE AT TIMES THROUGH MID
  MORNING...THEN IMPROVING THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON. VISIBILITIES
  WILL DECREASE THIS AFTERNOON AND DROP TO A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES
  LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING.
