  Original Published: 12/5/2013Ontario City Council is still considering repealing a change it made in 2010 to the income tax forgiveness for residents who work outside the city. The proposed change was to forgive half a percent instead of one-percent. Thursday evening, they made a motion to amend the current ordinance. In two weeks, they will vote to roll back the one-and-a-half percent tax to one-percent. No further action was taken and the issue will be up for vote at the next council meeting.
