Ohio Bird Sanctuary Hosts Christmas For The Birds

A light dusting of snow helped make for a colorful time at the Ohio Bird Sanctuary on Orewiler Road in Mansfield this past weekend during its annual Christmas for the Birds event. Ohio Bird Sanctuary Executive Director Gail Laux admission for the event is by bringing something for the birds like birdseed. Laux says those who stopped by also made Christmas ornaments, enjoyed refreshments and took pictures with Santa Claus. Laux says the Ohio Bird Sanctuary presents functions about every other month which are free and open to the public and this year's Christmas for the Birds was yet another successful and fun event.
