Richland County Transit is offering free services to riders on Saturday Dec. 14 and 21. Riders using RCT buses may travel throughout the service without paying a fare from the hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be two trips from Ontario to Shelby on those days, leaving from the Meijer store on Lexington-Springmill Rd. at 11:30 a.m and at 3:30 p.m. There will also be a circulator bus that will provide continuous service along the Lexington-Springmill Rd. corridor between Meijer and Walmart from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Routes 11 and 15 will not operate on those days.
