...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EST THIS
EVENING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO LOCALLY 2 INCHES...FOR A
  STORM TOTAL OF 4 TO 7 INCHES. A WINTRY MIX OF SNOW...RAIN OR
  FREEZING DRIZZLE IS POSSIBLE THROUGH THE EVENING.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL DECREASE LATE THIS EVENING.

* WINDS...EAST WINDS AT 5 TO 15 MPH TURNING NORTH THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...SNOW ACCUMULATION WILL MAKE ROADS SLICK...REQUIRING
  LOWER SPEEDS AND GREATER DISTANCES BETWEEN VEHICLES WHILE
  DRIVING.

* TEMPERATURES...CLIMBING TO 29 TO 33 TODAY THEN FALLING TO 17
  TO 21 LATE TONIGHT.

* VISIBILITIES...GENERALLY 1 TO 2 MILES...DROPPING TO A MILE OR
  LESS AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...SNOW ACCUMULATION CAN MAKE ROADS SLICK...REQUIRING
  LOWER SPEEDS AND GREATER DISTANCES BETWEEN VEHICLES WHILE
