The Mansfield, Ontario, Richland County Health Department will be offering free hearing screenings for adults on December 18 and 19.

The hearing screenings are for individuals 18 years and older and will be held from 8:30 a.m. to Noon at the Health Department. Appointments are necessary.

Call 419-774-4540 to make an appointment.

“This is a free opportunity to establish a baseline for those that think they may have a potential hearing loss,” said Mary Derr, Public Health Nursing Supervisor at the Mansfield/Ontario/Richland County Health Department. “If we detect hearing loss during the screening, we can suggest alternatives if further evaluation is needed.”
