Third-Graders Visit Dayspring For Christmas

  Original Published: 12/13/2013Forty-five third-graders in Sherman and Newman Elementary Schools' leadership groups spread Christmas cheer Friday at Dayspring. The students arrived to visit residents of the county's assisted living center with cards, gifts, and holiday songs. The Sherman and Newman third grade leadership students also visit Dayspring for Valentine's Day and Easter. Organizer Doc Stumbo plans to start bringing them over for Halloween, all dressed-up a little ghosts and goblins.
