The Bucks opened NCC Play with a 65-49 win over the Wynford Royals on Friday. The Royals were pushing for an upset as they took a 7-0 lead in the first quarter. However, Buckeye Central's pressure defense forced turnovers and allowed the Bucks to tie the game at 12 after the first quarter. Austin Worm warmed up in the second quarter and helped the Bucks to a 32-15 halftime lead. Worm led all scorers with 15, while the Royals were led by Mason Davis with 13 points.
