Rick Evans Honored For 40 Years of Service

Madison Township Board of Trustees met Monday night. Among the regular meeting minutes were two very important issues.

They swore in newly elected officials, Dan Fletcher, Tom Craft and Kelly Harris.

And Assistant Chief Rick Evans was recognized for his forty years of service with the Madison Township Fire Department.

He will be retiring, and tells WMFD the people he works with every day is what he'll miss the most. Evans was presented with a certificate of appreciation by the trustees on behalf of the township and its' citizens.
