The Mansfield-Richland County Public  Library Board of Trustees met Tuesday afternoon to wrap up end-of-the-year projects.

A new levy and strategic planning were two of the main topics on the agenda. But the main point of interest, was recognizing Library Board Trustee Richard Otto for his 21 years of service and dedication.

Otto hopes to see the great relationship between the Library and community prosper, and looks forward to what's in store for next year.

Although retiring from this board, Otto will continue working as an attorney at Weldon, Huston and Keyser and plans to stay active within the community.
