All locations of the Mansfield-Richland County Public Library will open at noon, on Friday, Dec. 20. Work is going to be done by OhioEdison on the external power lines that supply power to the Main Library. The Main Library will be without power during that time. All branch locations receive access to the Internet and the library catalog through Main Library. The First Call 211 office on Third Street will be closed until noon, but 211 calls will be taken care of by a partner agency. The work should be completed before noon, and all locations will be ready for business. Notification will be given if there is any change in this schedule.
