Get motivated to make breakfast a morning resolution at a free cooking demo.

MedCentral chefs and registered dietitians are going to demonstrate why breakfast is the most important meal of the day and why you should make it part of your morning routine January 9 at a free cooking demonstration.

The latest in MedCentral's Healthy Chef Cooking Series: “Breakfast for Champions…and the Rest of Us,” will be held from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the MedCentral Health & Fitness Center, 1750 W. Fourth St., Mansfield.

The demonstration will explain the importance of breakfast while putting a unique spin on traditional breakfast foods that will make you want to eat it every day.

Participants will explore creative and unique ways to make breakfast healthy by using a variety of ingredients and methods.

The program is free and open to the public, but registration is requested. Sign up by Jan. 8 by calling (419) 526-8900.
