Wooster Wins A Close One

Madison dropped an important league game against Wooster on Friday, 45-43. The Rams came out with a 19-8 lead after one, and lead every period following-- except at the end. Madison's Bryce Luckie put up an eight-point first, but Wooster's defense locked down and held him to only 11 total on the night. The Generals' 6'7" center, Adam O'Brien, was the hero for Wooster, scoring a go-ahead bucket with ten seconds left in the game. After a Ram turnover and a free throw from O'Brien, the game was sealed. O'Brien finished with 18 points on the night, and Cam Daugherty put up 12 of his own for the Generals. For Madison, Tyrell Ajian scored 16 points.
