The weekend provided area residents with yet another chance to shed their winter coats and gloves due to the more fall-like temperatures. This is how it looked in Ontario under low-40-degree temperatures Sunday afernoon. But just like a weekend ago, the National Weather Service says brace yourself for another shift in temperature as the forecasted high today (Mon) is only expected to reach into the lower 20's with a low in the evening time dropping to around 10 degrees. We could see a light dusting of snow showers come Tuesday with snow also in the forecast through Thursday although no heavy accumulations are expected. Still, be prepared to bundle up if you're heading outside this week as temperatures will continue to drop from New Year's Day on, with highs only expected to be in the mid-to-upper teens by mid-week.
