WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST THURSDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST
THURSDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE TODAY.
  SNOWFALL WILL BECOME HEAVIER TONIGHT WITH ANOTHER 4 TO 6 INCHES
  POSSIBLE BY THURSDAY NIGHT.

* TIMING...TODAY THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 10 TO 20 MPH
  WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...REDUCED VISIBILITY THROUGH THURSDAY. HEAVIER SNOW
  AND GUSTY WINDS COULD REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN 1 MILE.

* TEMPERATURES...WIND CHILLS WILL DROP INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS AT
  TIMES MAINLY DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL REMAIN HAZARDOUS THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT.
  BLOWING SNOW WILL SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE VISIBILITY. PROLONGED
  COLD TEMPERATURES WILL ALLOW SNOW TO EASILY STICK TO THE
  ROADWAYS. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION AND LEAVE EXTRA DISTANCE
  BETWEEN VEHICLES.
