With 2014 fast approaching, WMFD's Brian Skowronski became curious what New Year's resolution's his co-workers at Mid-State Multimedia had in mind for 2014. So he did what most people would do, wandered the halls with a camera and surprised his fellow employees with an impromptu microphone in their face.

Here's a look at the colleague's he found and their plans for the new year.
