WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON...

* ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES TODAY. * TIMING...SNOW WILL TAPER OFF FROM THE WEST MID TO LATE AFTERNOON. * WINDS...NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH. * VISIBILITIES...HEAVIER SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN 1/2 MILE AT TIMES.

* TEMPERATURES...WIND CHILLS WILL DROP BELOW ZERO BY LATE AFTERNOON. * IMPACTS...EXPECT SNOW AND SNOW COVERED ROADS. COLD TEMPERATURES WILL ALLOW SNOW TO EASILY STICK TO THE ROADWAYS. BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES.
