The Winter Weather Advisory has now been extended until 1 AM Friday and cold air is moving in. A Wind Chill Advisory has been added for Friday with values as low as -10. WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST FRIDAY... ...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 10 AM EST FRIDAY... THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A WIND CHILL ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 10 AM EST FRIDAY. * ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE AN INCH OR LESS EXCEPT FOR A COUPLE OF INCHES NEAR LAKE ERIE BUT SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL CONTINUE. * TIMING...THE BLOWING SNOW WILL TAPER OFF SNOW AFTER MIDNIGHT. * WINDS...NORTH WINDS 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH WILL DIMINISH TO 10 TO 15 MPH BEFORE DAYBREAK. * VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN 1/2 MILE IN BLOWING SNOW WITH LOCAL VISIBILITIES REDUCED TO A FEW CAR LENGTHS. * TEMPERATURES...WIND CHILLS WILL DROP TO BETWEEN 10 BELOW AND 15 BELOW ZERO. * IMPACTS...EXPECT SNOW COVERED ROADS AND SNOW DRIFTED ROADS WITH REDUCED VISIBILITIES FROM BLOWING SNOW. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR A VARIETY OF HAZARDOUS WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS INCLUDING SNOW... BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND LOW WIND CHILLS. A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN STRONG WIND WILL COMBINE WITH COLD TEMPERATURES TO CREATE DANGEROUSLY COLD CONDITIONS FOR EXPOSED SKIN. THE WIND WILL MAKE IT FEEL LIKE IT IS 10 DEGREES BELOW ZERO OR COLDER. IF YOU WILL BE OUTDOORS USE COMMON SENSE AND DRESS WARMLY...MAKING SURE THAT ALL EXPOSED SKIN IS COVERED.
