The Richland County Republican Party's Monthly Luncheon scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Cafe on Main at 28 North Main Street in Mansfield has been cancelled due to the weather.

The featured speaker was Republican District 22 State Senator Larry Obhof of Medina. Senator Obhof was elected by his colleagues as the Majority Whip of the 130th General Assembly and serves on several key committees, including the Civil Justice Committee.
