ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST WEDNESDAY.

* TIMING...THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 10 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 25 MPH DIMINISHING
  BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* TEMPERATURES...GRADUALLY RISING FROM AROUND ZERO THIS EVENING TO
  AROUND 10 AFTER SUNRISE.

* WIND CHILL READINGS...DANGEROUS WIND CHILL VALUES FROM 10 TO
  AROUND 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO AT TIMES TONIGHT WITH GRADUAL
  IMPROVEMENT LATE TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.
