Mayor Tim Theaker has announced the Mansfield City Building will remain open Monday and Tuesday for departments under the mayor’s control. Normal hours of operations will be observed from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mayor Theaker is reminding all citizens and employees that due to extreme weather conditions over the next couple of days everyone should take precautions when venturing out into the elements.
