After their first loss of the season, the Mansfield Tyger boys basketball team got back on the winning track at Orrville with a 68-39. With the win the Tygers improve to 6-1 overall and 4-1 in OCC play just a game back of front running West Holmes, and this Friday the Tygers will face the Knights looking to get themselves back in a tie for first in conference play. West Holmes comes into Friday's contest 9-2 in all games and 5-0 in the OCC. As always the man to watch for the Knights is Brady Arnold, one of the best, if not the best individual player in the conference. According to Mansfield Senior coach J.T. Reese, the Tygers will try contain Arnold, while at the same time playing their game, getting rebounds and running, using their athletic ability and hitting shots. Something they did last week against the Red Riders, scoring 21 in the fourth quarter to put the game away. On Saturday, MSHS will host 3-7 Wooster in OCC play. The Tygers will be looking for the sweep of the Generals having already won the first meeting on the road by a final of 57-33 back on December 20th.
