  Original Published: 1/10/2014Looking for something to do tomorrow? How about a free workout with friends at MedCentral Health and Fitness Center? Tomorrow from 7 a.m until 4 p.m, MedCentral is hosting an open house at it's Health and Fitness Center. You can enjoy a free workout, join an exercize class, take a tour of the facility and receive a free blood pressure screening. The enrollment fee will be waived and your first month free, for those who complete a membership application at the open house. The health and fitness center has it all..state-of-the-art equipment, group exercise studios, an indoor track, aquatics classes and more. If you can't make it out tomorrow, mention that you saw this story on WMFD and you'll receive a free day pass!
