Riverdale remains unbeaten in NCC

Tiffany Wright's two free throws with :10 seconds to go put the game on ice as Riverdale won 59-57 at Wynford. Wright finished the game with 8 points in what was a back-and-forth affair. Wynford jumped out to a 12-8 lead in the first quarter, but Riverdale closed out the quarter on a 10-0 run. In the 2nd quarter, the Royals flipped the tables outscoring the Falcons 19-13 to tie the game at 31 at the half. After three quarters of play Riverdale led 42-41. The Lady Falcons were led offensively by Jordan Wright who finished with 18 points, 10 of which came from the free throw line. Ellie Richmond had 21 points for the Royals who dropped their first conference game of the season.
