In Illinois, two people are dead after a dramatic rescue attempt on the icy Chicago River Monday. The Chicago Fire Department says a 21-year-old woman went into the river around midnight. Police and fire had to come try and save her and two men who tried to rescue the woman. Officials say poor visibility and ice on the water hampered thier efforts. The water is so cold, divers couldn't stay in for long. Rescuers could not find the woman and say she's presumed dead. Both men were taken to a hospital, where one died of his injuries.
