25-year-old Delbert Evans and his 27-year-old brother Devonte Evans were arraigned Tuesday morning in Mansfield Municipal Court. They're charged with attempted murder in the January fifth shooting of 25-year-old Eric Downs the second on Burns Street. Both were given a million dollars bond, and ordered to be placed on electronic monitoring and have no contact with the victim. Both face up to 11 years in prison if convicted. The third suspect in the shooting, 27-year-old Jarmel Sutton, turned himself in Tuesday to Beachwood Police in the Cleveland area.
