PUSHES SOUTH ACROSS THE AREA. SNOW WILL REMAIN HEAVY AT TIMES THROUGH 7 PM BEFORE STARTING TO DECREASE IN INTENSITY AS THE FRONT PUSHES SOUTH. SNOW HAS ALREADY BECOME SCATTERED ACROSS NORTHWEST OHIO. SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE AT TIMES IN NORTHWEST OHIO AND MAY INCREASE IF LAKE EFFECT SNOW OFF OF LAKE MICHIGAN MAKES IT INTO NORTHWEST OHIO. WINDS WILL REMAIN BRISK AS THEY SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST BEHIND THE FRONT WITH GUSTS OF 30 TO 35 MPH. BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO THIS EVENING BEFORE WINDS START TO DECREASE AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN FROM THE SOUTH. WINDS WILL DECREASE AS THEY BACK TO WESTERLY THROUGH THE EVENING...DROPPING TO 10 TO 15 MPH AFTER MIDNIGHT. AS TEMPERATURES FALL THIS WILL CONTRIBUTE TO VERY COLD WIND CHILLS OF -10 TO -20 DEGREES INTO SUNDAY MORNING. MEADVILLE 416 PM EST SAT JAN 25 2014 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EST THIS EVENING... ...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM EST SUNDAY... THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A WIND CHILL ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM EST SUNDAY. * TIMING...SNOW WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES THROUGH 7 PM THEN DECREASE IN INTENSITY. * WINDS...WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST AT 15 TO 25 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH ALONG THE FRONT. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE WEST OVERNIGHT AND DECREASE TO 10 TO 15 MPH. * ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE FROM 1 TO LOCALLY 3 INCHES...RESULTING IN STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL OF 4 TO 7 INCHES. * VISIBILITIES...WHITE OUT CONDITIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE HEAVIER BURSTS BUT WILL FLUCTUATE UP TO 2 TO 3 MILES IN LIGHTER SNOW SHOWERS. BLOWING OF SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE AN IMPACT ON VISIBILITIES. * TEMPERATURES...FALLING TO NEAR ZERO OVERNIGHT. * WIND CHILLS...FALLING TO -10 TO -20 AFTER 10 PM AND CONTINUING INTO SUNDAY MORNING. * IMPACTS...TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL BE SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACTED IN THE HEAVIER SNOW BURSTS. ROADS MAY QUICKLY BECOME SNOW COVERED DUE TO THE FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW. ROADS MAY REPEATEDLY BECOME SNOW COVERED. EXPOSED SKIN WILL BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO FROSTBITE...ESPECIALLY THIS EVENING.
