The large blue tank to hold untreated wastewater that overflows from the lift station at Park Avenue West and Rock Road in Ontario is nearly finished. The dome top was placed over the million gallon tank today, a month after the Ohio E-P-A deadline to complete the project. The dome is 97-feet in diameter and weighs 23,000 pounds. The $1.2-million dollar project is being paid for from an account of ten-dollar water and sewer bill surcharges, and reserve funds.
