The last $3.8-million of the "Moving Ohio Forward" housing demoliton funding has been sent-out by the Attorney General's office. Richland County gets $36,246, which will tear down three to four homes, but not in Mansfield. Community Development Manager Donnie Mitchell estimates Richland County has another 1400 homes to be demolished, and with the state's $75-million foreclosure settlement now spent, he's looking for money from other sources. Ashland and Crawford Counties each received $12,000 from the final round of "Moving Ohio Forward" grants.
