Family, friends, colleagues, and well-wishers packed a Richland County courtroom Friday afternoon for a momentus occasion. Former first assistant county prosecutor Brent Robinson was sworn-in by the retiring Common Pleas Court Judge he's replacing, James Henson. This achieves a goal Robinson has had since high school. Even Miss Ohio Heather Wells was among the large audience. Judge Robinson will serve for the rest of this year, at which time the office will be up for election. He plans to be on the ballot. County Prosecutor James Mayer says he has not yet selected a new first assistant.
