President Abraham Lincoln's birthday was a reason to celebrate at Richland Carrousel Park, located at 75 North Main Street in downtown Mansfield. Carrousel Park Co-Director Sharon Bishop says it was a fun way to celebrate the former president's birthday and get a break from our very cold weather. Richland Carrousel Park is now in its 23rd year of operation. It was the first hand-carved carrousel built in the United States since the 1930's and features 52 animals, 30 of which are horses.
