Three Arrested On Drug-Related Charges By METRICH Officers

  Original Published: 2/22/2014 Three people are arrested by the METRICH Enforcement unit after four-suspected heroin overdoses had arrived at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital during an 11-hour time period. METRICH detectives served a drug-related search warrant at a home at 577-and-a-half Davidson Street in Mansfield. There, they arrested three people - 22-year-old Travon Johnson for possession of marijuana, 22-year-old Depaul Roane for possession of crack cocaine and having weapons under disability, and 25-year-old Kendal Boolman for possession of marijuana and possession of drugs. Detectives also located a loaded .38-caliber handgun, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, marijuana, ecstasy pills and seized 989 dollars in cash. A baggie with an unknown substance was also collected as evidence and submitted to the crime lab for testing.
