Madison library reopened following suspected gas leak

The Madison Branch of the Mansfield/Richland County Public Library has reopened it was closed due to a suspected gas leak outside of the building located at 1395 Grace St.

Jean Ruark, communications coordinator for Mansfield/Richland County Public Library said the suspected gas leak was a false alarm. She said Columbia Gas of Ohio and the Madison Township Fire Department received numerous reports but there was no leak.
