Despite going 8-13 this past season, the Shelby Whippets will only have to play one game to get out of the Division II sectional at Bucyrus on Friday night. The problem is that team will most likely be #2 state ranked 21-1 Norwalk, although the Truckers do have to deal with 12-10 Galion first out of the gate in the semifinal. Reguardless of who they face, coach Troy Schwemley treated his early week practice much the same as he has all year long trying to make his team better. The Whippets have played both Galion and Norwalk this season beating Galion 57-54, but losing twice to Norwalk 78-49 and 72-43 in the rematch.
