After Beating Crestline 71-51 in the Division IV sectional semifinal earlier this week, the 13-10, Spartans of Mansfield St.Peter's will go up against one of the area's best in 20-2 NCC champion and state ranked #7 in D-4, Buckeye Central in the Division-IV sectional final at 6:15pm at Ontario. And if Sparty is going to "party" after the game, coach Pat Durham says things must be different then the first time around, a 67-47 Bucks win. Durham says his team had way too many turnovers against a Buckeye Central defense he calls one of the best around along with Ontario. Durham also says his squad must not alow the likes of Cade Kaple and Austin Wurm to, as he puts it, "go off" scoring wise. Durham also comments that back in December his team started well against Buckeye Central, but the second period put them in a huge hole when they were outscored by BC 15-2. In all but two games this year his team has been able to come back from double digit deficits putting themselves in a position to win, the two they didn't were against Buckeye Central and Ontario. The winner advances to the Willard Divsion IV district semifinal next Tuesday at 6:15pm against the Fremont St.Joe/Norwalk St.Paul winner.
