Norwalk Heads To D-II District

The Norwalk Truckers won their ninth straight game and third straight over Shelby downing the Whippets 54-37 at the Bucyrus Division II sectional final. With the win the 23-1 Truckers head to the Division II district semifinal at Mansfield Wednesday at 8pm to face 16-7 Clyde. The Fliers stopped Oak Harbor Friday at Willard 44-34. In the first game Wednesday at Mansfield, 16-8 Lexington will face 20-3 Sandusky Perkins at 6:15pm. The Whippets end their season at 8-14. The D-2 District final is next Saturday at 7pm at Mansfield Senior's Pete Henry Gym.
